Senses Beauty is as busy as ever...PLUS we are coming into our silly season in the next couple of months PLUS PLUS I am about 16 weeks pregnant so I need fully trained therapists!

Beauty Therapist/Nail Tech Position

We are a busy and friendly beauty salon located in Botany on Golfland Dr Manukau City. We are a small size salon and we strive to meet our client’s highest expectations every visit.
We offer the following services:
- Waxing/Brazilian
- Tinting
- Facials Oxygen Infusion Treatments
- High Frequency Treatments
- Galvanic Treatments
- Body Wraps
- Massage
- Gel Nails
- Eyelash Extensions
- Eyelash Perming
- Spray Tanning
- Paraffin Treatments
- Callus Peel
- Manicure
- Pedicure
- Make-up
We also have very specific retail ranges.
We would prefer someone with at least 1-2 years experience within a salon environment (but not essential).
Personality plus is essential, as well as top quality work will be looked at as we have a strong and loyal clientele who expect a certain standard in their therapist. You will be expected to be a team player, and to integrate and work well with other friendly staff members.
After being provided with all the training needed, you will also be expected to recommend and sell home care products to all your clients. Our staff participate in regular training sessions that you will be expected to attend and enthusiastically participate in to allow us to assist you reaching an above average standard in all your work related undertaking.
We are a results driven salon and we are definitely looking for a “stayer” – someone who is committed and can be nurtured and grow with the salon – we are not looking for a “fly-by-nighter” so if your intention isn’t long term. Please do not apply.
The position includes performing selected treatments (all training will be provided). During the treatments you would be required to recommend and sell products and other services to your client.
