- children under the age of 10 not be bought into the salon

- 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment (otherwise a late cancellation fee of 40% of the original service booked will be charged)

- that you try and come a few minutes early for your appointment to enjoy a herbal tea, relax and “set the mood” to gain maximum benefit

Additionally we will:

- reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness,etc.)

- send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone a day prior to your appointment.
